Was invited to show this series by Laurent (500º) to take part in the Festival at Valleraugue (Festival des Arts dans la Rue). A small installation in a dark cool cellar displaying this series on a 1940s camping table with a feeble DIY lamp for gentle illumination. The overall effect supported the ‘phossil‘ concept with the public coming across the pieces as artifacts. The series itself is sourced from a fabulous on line archive called Floridamemory.com, many thanks to the people who set up and run this jewel of an archive.
