Unlike ‘Depassant la suite’ ( SEE Depassant la suite 2010) this painting is based on a photograph I took from within a car. It’s of my son Jules ‘flying’ a superman figurine over the Camargue landscape in southern France. I liked the juxtaposition of interior and exterior, dream time versus the walker’s reality outside in the Camargue landscape, connected by my son’s arm.
