Quarante – Photo Essay WIP

An ongoing collaboration with my friend Raphael Benoit-Cattin…I snap, he writes. This fascinating house in a village called, literally, ‘Forty’ in Southern France, is still laden with objects, mementos and an atmosphere from several generations ago. Every square inch holds many gems from another era, an era that Raff and his family have respectfully conserved whilst using the home as theirs from time to time.

The project is ongoing and we’re looking to publish once completed, so this is effectively a working draft (click on PDF button if you’re interested in viewing entire essay so far)
